Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes — COD is available nationwide alongside bank transfer. Try opting for Bank Deposit to receive a 100 PKR discount.

How much is shipping? Rs. 299 flat, nationwide, for COD. Rs. 199 flat, nationwide, for Bank Deposit.

How long does delivery take? 2–3 business days within Lahore, 4–5 business days for the rest of Pakistan.

How do I know my size? Check our Size Guide (EUR / US-PK / UK) attached to every product. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your foot length in cm and we'll help you pick.

Can I return an item? Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and in original packaging. You'll receive a 90% refund (100% if the item was wrong, damaged, or defective).

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes, within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Who pays for return/exchange shipping? You do, unless we sent the wrong item, size or it arrived damaged/defective — then we cover it and refund in full.

Why is the refund only 90%? The 10% covers packaging and handling costs already incurred on our end. If the return is due to our error, you get a full 100% refund.

How do refunds work? Refunds are sent via bank transfer only, within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Do you ship across all of Pakistan? Yes, nationwide — 2–3 business days within Lahore, 4–5 business days for other cities.
