Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you bought from Hikers. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns

• Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery
• Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Approval required: Contact us on WhatsApp (+923314376465) or email ([email protected]) with your order number and a video of the product before sending anything back — unapproved returns will not be accepted. We will guide you through the process once you have contacted us
• Return shipping: Customer covers courier cost to send the item back to us
• Refund amount: 90% of the item price is refunded (10% is retained to cover packaging and handling costs already incurred on our end)
• If we made a mistake: If the item arrived wrong or damaged/defective, you'll receive a full 100% refund and we'll cover the return shipping
• Refund method: Bank transfer only, processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Note: Original delivery charge is non-refundable

Exchanges

• Exchange window: 7 days from delivery
• Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

• Exchange shipping fee: Customer covers courier cost to send the item back to us and the item sent back to themselves
• Availability: Subject to stock — if your requested size isn't available, we'll process a refund instead
• Note: Exchanges are for size adjustments only, not for different colors or styles

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+923314376465) or email ([email protected]) with your order number and reason
2. Our team will review and approve/decline within 1 business day of your request
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our store address (for returns) or arrange pickup (for exchanges)
